What you will do with us

Regularly consult with users of HQ and Stores
Manage local IT tasks, including onboarding, user entry, changes, and procurement
Ensure the quality and improvement of IT installations and processes
IT Service Management for Store Expansion & Change
Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT systems and services
Incident- and Service Request Management - Monitoring, Support & Coordination
Conduct SLA & KPI Reporting, user satisfaction surveys and service reviews
Problem Management
Assist in budget planning for IT services

What you will bring with you

Apprenticeship or higher education in IT (preferred)
Experience in IT project and service management
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and SAP
Fluent in English
Valid driving license and willingness to travel (occasionally)
Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and responsibility
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
