• Talk to our customers via email – like a friendly wagging tail!

• Keep records of customer chats – it's like taking notes on your pet's favorite playtime!

• Strong, fluent German knowledge
• Basic level English knowledge
• At least 6 months experience in a customer service role
• Good communication skills and being comfortable with handling e-mails in a positive and professional manner
• Has a solution-oriented mindset and a heart for customers
• Is willing to learn new tricks and pays close attention to detail
• Loves animals and ideally has sales skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is a plus
