What you will do with us

Analyze and evaluate fleet operations to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. 2
Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet and mobility efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of fleet and mobility services.
Monitor and assess KPIs to measure the effectiveness of fleet operations.
Manage relationships with third-party providers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards to mitigate risks and maintain operational excellence.
Lead and develop a team of fleet & mobility specialists to drive performance and achieve operational targets (technical leadership).

What you will bring with you

Knowledge of fleet management systems and transportation technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Strong understanding of mobility regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal standards.
Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with third-party providers to optimize service quality and costs.
Analytical skills to interpret data and metrics related to fleet performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities on fleet and mobility matters.
Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and develop innovative solutions for fleet optimization.
Strong English language skills, German and other European languages of advantage.
