Head of R2R

• Oversee and expand the R2R service delivery operations in Hungary, managing a larger team in Budapest and collaborating with international teams  
• Provide operational & strategic leadership for the general ledger and standard reporting teams, guiding a newly established international service center with a focus on standardizing our processes  
• Foster and represent a seamless and effective collaboration with the Finance Excellence and the Group-wide Finance community to ensure excellent professional standards across all parts of the R2R services  
• Support transformation projects, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations  
• Conduct high-level reviews of the team's outcomes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards  
• Optimize resource allocation to meet objectives with precision, cost-efficiency, and within deadlines.  
• Ensure the integrity of R2R accounting processes, including timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for service partners  
• Engage in strategic planning with senior management to align R2R processes with the company's 

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 
• Extensive experience in end-to-end R2R processes. 
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives and managing large-scale projects. 
• Proficient in performance, process, and quality management, with a solid track record of applying continuous improvement methodologies. 
• Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of managing and inspiring a larger team 
• High level of drive, with a performance and solution-oriented approach to challenges. 
• Exceptional service and customer-oriented mindset, with a quality-focused and compliance-driven work ethic. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultures. 
• Strong commitment, motivation, and passion for excellence. 
• Fluency in English (C1/2 level)  
• Willingness and ability to travel on occasion
