What you will do with us

We are seeking a Reporting Expert to join our team, contributing valuable expertise in data analysis and reporting solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in data migration initiatives and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver actionable insights that drive business success.

Participate in data migration projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and data integrity.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Streamline and optimize reporting processes through automation and standardization, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Business Intelligence and data visualization technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance reporting capabilities.
Serve as a subject matter expert on data visualization tools such as PowerBI, driving adoption and best practices within the organization.
Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation, presenting findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

What you will bring with you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing reporting solutions.
Expert proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data manipulation, analysis, and querying.
Strong familiarity with PowerBI, including experience in dashboard development and customization.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality assurance.
Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Fluency in English is required; German language knowledge is a plus.
Experience with Power Automate is a plus!
