To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced Commercial Business Controller.

What you will do with us

Business Partnering and Decision Support

  • Support the commercial team in modelling different strategic alternatives (profit pool analysis).
  • Identify, analyze and exploit business opportunities, and provide financial support on strategic projects.
  • Delivery of streamlined reporting including KPIs and suggestions for process/business improvements.
  • Challenge current ways of working and propose new approaches with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Help us to explore new ways of reporting and lift our financial analysis capability to the next level.

What you will bring with you

  • Experienced business controller with at least 3-5 years of relevant (FMCG, retail) experience
  • Track record of delivering strategic initiatives
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI
  • Business fluent in English
  • advantage to have experience in introducing new ways of working
