Our Customer Care team supports the German‑speaking online shops by helping customers both over the phone and in writing. They solve issues, answer questions and make sure every customer receives clear, friendly and reliable support.

Their work goes far beyond handling requests: they look for solutions, prevent problems from happening again, and stay open to new technologies that can make the customer experience even better.
