What does the recruitment process look like?

Our selection process is simple and transparent. After submitting your application, our recruitment team reviews your profile. If there’s a match, we invite you for an online conversation with HR, followed by a professional interview with the hiring manager. Depending on the role, there may be one additional discussion.

We aim to make the process fast, friendly, and respectful - and we keep you updated at every step.

What are the working hours? Do you offer home office?

Our Customer Service team works in a two‑shift system. Everyone else works standard hours, typically from 9:00 to 17:00. We’re very flexible - if you’re more productive early in the morning, in the evening, or need to pick up your children in the afternoon, that’s completely fine. We trust you to get the job done.

We also work remotely quite often. On average, colleagues spend about two days per week in the office, but we offer flexible arrangements to support different work styles and personal needs, helping everyone maintain a healthy work–life balance.

What is your benefits package like?

How big is the organization?

We are now more than 250 colleagues - though not all of us are based in Budapest. We have almost 50 people in Germany, and more than 30 in Pécs.Thanks to flexible home office options, our offices remain spacious and comfortable for everyone.

What is the team like?

We are very diverse in terms of gender, age, lifestyle, life stage and nationalities, but we are united by our love of animals. The way people treat each other is a fundamental part of our culture: the atmosphere is always warm and friendly. 

What is the relationship between Fressnapf International Business Services and Fressnapf Hungaria and Romania?

Fressnapf Hungaria and Romania manage the core operations - such as stores and online shops - in both countries.FIBS is a captive shared service center supporting internal customers and functions, such as country operations, the corporate center, finance, customer care, IT, reporting, and logistics activities.We share our Budapest office location and work closely together as part of the Fressnapf family.
