What you will do with us

You will take over the management of a competence team consisting of 10-15 software developers based in Krefeld and Budapest
You are the first point of contact for the team and empower your colleagues in their personal and professional development
You sort through complex and diverse topics and bring clarity and focus to your team so that they can work efficiently
You ensure an agile development process through regular exchange with the other competence teams from Development, QA, Solution Architects and the areas responsible for the product
If necessary, you will take care of the commissioning & management of external development partners and service providers

What you will bring with you

You already have several years of experience in the technical and/or disciplinary management of employees
You have a high level of IT affinity and ideally also have experience as a developer or software architect yourself
You are communicative and focused, authentic and have an open feedback culture
Your English is good enough to lead an international development team
You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
Challenging stakeholders and product owners on business capabilities is not difficult for you
You have initiative and a sense of responsibility
